Order Tracking FAQs
You can track the progress of your delivery via the tracking form on this page if you’ve purchased a large item or through the courier’s online tracking system.
We do everything we can to ensure our delivery times are met but sometimes delays do occur due to traffic, accidents or unforeseen situations. We’ll let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delivery, or you can contact our Customer Service Team on 0203 393 4940.
If you’re not at home when we come to deliver, you can re-arrange delivery again without an additional charge.
For large items, we’ll attempt to contact you at the time of delivery and will wait a few minutes for you if you’re nearby. If the delivery is missed, we’ll leave a delivery card to let you know we came. You can re-book a delivery date that suits you by contacting our Customer Service Team on 0203 393 4940.
For small items, the courier will leave a delivery card and send you a text to let you know the delivery was missed. They’ll usually try to deliver again the following day, or you can follow the instructions on the delivery card to re-arrange another delivery date. Our couriers may deliver your parcel to your neighbours if we miss you, please see the delivery card left to you
You can track your order online using our free tracking service on this page. All you need is your order reference number (found on your order confirmation email) and your email address.
If you have chosen Free Standard Delivery then your exact delivery date and time will be sent to you via email once your order has been processed. This is usually within 30 minutes.
Your delivery information can also be found in your account area under ‘Orders’.
Please note: In some instances, the information for your delivery may not become available until after 10pm.
A courier will deliver your small item order on our behalf. You can track your delivery by clicking on the link in your order confirmation email; this will take you to the courier website. The order confirmation email is sent just before your order is dispatched.
If you select free standard delivery, your order will be delivered within 5 working days and you can track your order on the courier website.
