Delivery options for large items
TVs over 39” and large TV cabinets. Please note that for appliances, unless supplied in the box, we do not supply accessories (such as hoses and cables) unless installation has been purchased.
*You can only book next-day delivery and time-slot delivery for selected large items, and subject to delivery address. Available delivery options will be shown during the checkout process. Items delivered direct by the manufacturer are delivered free, but aren’t available for free standard delivery, next-day delivery, or time-slot delivery. Also, our team members reserve the right to cancel deliveries that could endanger their health and safety. So if you require large-item delivery to a room or flat above the first floor of your home or block, our team will only be able to decide if it can do this on arrival.
Choosing how you get your order delivered is easy:
During the checkout process visit the ‘Cart’ page and after entering your delivery address simply select a day and time slot for delivery, or choose free 5-day delivery.
Please note: Available delivery slots will be show during the checkout process, If Next Day or Named Day are not shown then these options are not available for that item.
Large items (excluding models delivered direct from the manufacturer)
We deliver to all mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses, and to these islands*: Anglesey, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Sheppey, Isle of Skye, and the Isle of Man. We don’t deliver to BFPO addresses or the Channel Islands.
*Delivery fees may be higher.
We deliver to addresses right across mainland UK and Northern Ireland, and to all UK islands apart from the Channel Islands, but not to BFPO addresses. The post code details below do not apply to products delivered directly from an approved supplier.

Large items (excluding models delivered direct from the manufacturer)
Track your order online using our free Order Tracking service. All you need is your order reference number (from your order confirmation email), and your email address.
You can find out the expected time of a free standard delivery from 9pm on the night before delivery is due.
Simply go to our Track Your Order page and enter your details to view the delivery schedule. Please note: in some instances, information for your delivery may not become available until after 10pm.
A courier will deliver your order for small items on our behalf. To track your delivery, simply click on the link in your order-confirmation email to go to the courier’s website.
To keep you updated on your order, we’ll email you when it’s being dispatched. When ordering, please provide your mobile number as your main number so we can also update you by text on the evening before, or morning of, delivery.
If you’re ordering a large item, we’ll text you to let you know the approximate delivery time. You can also find this out online using our Order Tracking service.
If you’re ordering a small item for delivery on a day and time of your choice, on delivery day you’ll receive a text detailing your one-hour delivery time slot.
Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?
Yes. All deliveries require a signature to confirm you’ve received your order correctly.
When do you deliver?
For large items, we deliver 7 days a week in most areas. Delivery isn’t available on Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
For small items, a courier delivers on our behalf Monday to Saturday. Delivery isn’t available on Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and all bank holidays.
Do you deliver to my postcode?
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses (including Northern Ireland), and we also deliver to some UK islands. Please check the Where We Deliver section on this page to find out more details.
My order hasn’t arrived yet; where is it?
You can track the delivery of a large item you’ve ordered via our Order Tracking service. , and of a small item by the courier’s online tracking system. Please check the Track Your Order page to find out more details.
We do everything we can to ensure our delivery times are met, but sometimes delays do occur due to traffic, accidents or unforeseen situations. We’ll let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delivery delay, or you can contact our UK Contact Centre on 0203 393 4940.
What if I miss the delivery?
If you’re not at home when we come to deliver, you can re-arrange delivery again without an additional charge.
For large items , we’ll attempt to contact you at the time of delivery and will wait a few minutes for you if you’re nearby. If the delivery is missed, we’ll leave a delivery card to let you know we came. You can re-book a delivery date that suits you by contacting our UK Contact Centre on 0203 393 4940.
For small items , the courier will leave a delivery card and send you a text to let you know the delivery was missed. They’ll usually try to deliver again the following day, or you can follow the instructions on the delivery card to re-arrange another delivery date. Our couriers may deliver your parcel to your neighbours if we miss you, please see the delivery card left to you.
Can I change my delivery date or address after I placed an order?
For large items , you can change the delivery date by calling our UK Contact Centre on 0203 393 4940.
For small items , if you choose a delivery date and time to suit you, you’ll receive a text from the courier the night before delivery is due. Simply to switch it, simply reply with a new delivery date.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to change your delivery address to a different one after an order is placed.
With selected items, if we’re out of stock but know more is on the way, you may be able to order in advance.
Please note: if your order contains more than one item, availability and delivery of each may vary. In this case, you may receive your purchases separately, and at different times.
Items delivered direct from the manufacturer or an approved supplier
As we say on the product page and confirmation page, deliveries direct from the manufacturer or an approved supplier have their own terms and conditions, and delivery times/options may vary. When you order, you get to choose a preferred delivery method. Or for some large item deliveries, after you order the manufacturer will be in touch to arrange delivery.
Please be aware that we cannot offer a VAT refund if you’re an overseas customer ordering delivery to a UK address.
Very occasionally, certain circumstances may dictate that we will be unable to deliver or install a product, as it will be unsafe for our trained engineers to do so.
In this extremely unlikely event:
- We will make clear the reason
- We will advise of any remedial work required
- We will reschedule the visit if appropriate
